ARTIST PROFILE

Graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, National Taiwan University of Arts. Hsu Chu-Yin shows her artistic talent since high school. At age 17, she won the first prize in category oil painting of the 45th Central Taiwan Fine Arts Association. In 2013, she was named in “UK Artists' Directory listed Artist”. Her paintings have been loved by collectors across Asia and abroad. 
Selling over 100 artworks and counting, exhibitions also held every year. Now she is ready to make her work accessible to collectors worldwide. 
Her abstract paintings are full of divine inspirations. The elegant flow of colors touches every her collector’s life. Since 2019, she combines original abstract painting with street art / pop art elements, and founded “twzoe” as new creative series. This new series of painting reflects her observation from contemporary society, especially in this epidemic time, we need more “therapeutic” art. Through “twzoe”, this kind of artworks truly brings joy to people’s life.
Artist’s Statement
I have difficulties in reading and school learning. So I don’t understand surrounding world through books or words from teachers. I explore my own universe with sensitive feelings from my hands, eyes, ears, skin and heart. 
Human true emotions interest me. ABSTRACT painting presents REAL emotions. One of my submitted artworks is named Symphony in True Colors. Standing in front of my works, I hope you could feel that kind of emotions when you are in symphony concert or when you are enjoying the excitement in reading poems.
With many emotions on my artworks telling many sections of myself, I wish to create TRUE and HONEST artworks that will make me alive after my physical death.
